Our rental process is quick and easy. Just pick a car from our inventory, fill out and sign rental form, pay deposit (50% of duration) for rental, and enjoy. Deliver Options Available to Limited Areas.

You must be 25 years old. Minimum Requirement is 21 (additional fees apply).

Yes. If there is any damage to the vehicle upon inspection, we’ll have to revoke the security deposit. In some cases, they would also be covered depending on the insurance policy. Also, the security deposit covers electric charge cost.

You just need a valid driver’s license and a credit card or cash to pay for the rental. 3rd Party Insurance Options Available.

Yes. As a way of thanking you for serving our country, we offer a discount for all active and retired US military personnel.

There is no refunds on deposit that have been made to book a vehicle. You do have an option to receive credit to use a vehicle at another date. Deposits is 50% of rental duration.

No. As much as we are proud to have a 99% perfect track record for reservation accuracy, we don’t guarantee your vehicle selection, time frame, make & model, availability, price, or any other detail. Mayo Rides reserves the right to amend your reservation at any time, with or without prior notice. However, you can rest assured that we always do everything to provide you with the best car rental experience.

While renting the vehicle, a member of our team will inform you of the mileage limit of the rental.

Multi day discounts might be available depending on the rental duration and type of rented vehicle, so feel free to talk to us.

Yes. A client who will return their rented vehicle after the specified time will be subjected to a $50 Per hour after the scheduled time. You only get a 1 hour window after schedule drop-off time.
